Online Coaching

Everyone is different, therefore will require varying training input and programming. This can be due to fitness levels, lifestyle, goals etc. I have found using Training Peaks is the most efficient way to program for my athletes. Training Peaks is an online system which you can access via your laptop, tablet or phone. The software allows flexibility to build workouts around your schedule, and powerful features to help you visualise your progress and stay motivated. Connecting your favourite fitness devices to your Training Peaks account makes completing your workouts easier than ever. Sync your scheduled sessions to your smartwatch so that you get real-time training prompts during your workouts. After your session is completed, your data will be sent back to TrainingPeaks so that you can track your progress and watch your fitness improve.

Stay on track with the Workout Calendar, you can fit training into your life and move workouts around to suit your busy schedule. See at a glance how you’ve stuck to your plan, and feel the instant gratification of turning your workouts green. Plus, you can reschedule missed workouts so that you can stick to your plan when life gets in the way. It allows you to track your progress and reflect on your performances which by connecting to my coaching account allows us to communicate effectively if you have something particularly you wanted to comment on regarding that particular session.

Using this software I can deliver running, strength training, mobility and cross training workouts with ease.

Alongside this I like to have an open communication system with my athletes supporting them for race preparation - nutrition, packing, strategy etc. I try to be as flexible as possible. If something needs changing on the plan for whatever reason I can generally do this. I am available most of the time either via phone call, text message, email or social media. The cost of this service is £150 per month.

Running Camps

The running camps are designed for all abilities, no one is too slow for the group! I have found this is often a reason people don’t book on running camps through fear of not being able to keep up or of not being capable. These running camps are precisely for you and to show you just what you can do. I have the ability to split the group if needed and meet at designated locations. I pride the running camps on being an inclusive environment which encourages everyone to step out of their comfort zone and achieve something truly rewarding. Set in spectacular locations as the image in the background shows from one of the running camps, these running camps create a community and long lasting friendships forged by the love of running.
